Delivery & Shipping

Woolrich currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

● Alaska

● Hawaii

● Puerto Rico

Additional shipping restrictions may apply depending on the delivery address or FedEx service availability.

Standard shipping rates are based on the order value:

● Orders under $200: A flat shipping fee of $25 applies.

● Orders of $200 or more: Complimentary standard shipping is provided.

The order value used to determine shipping eligibility is calculated before shipping charges are applied.

Orders will usually be sent out within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2‒3 business days, maximum 5 business days.

Estimated delivery information will be provided where available during checkout or after your order has shipped.

Weather, the destination, carrier service disruptions, and other circumstances outside of Woolrich’s control may result in delivery delays.

Orders are shipped via FedEx.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so that you can follow the delivery status of your package.

No. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Please provide a valid residential or business street address when placing your order.

You can track your order using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Registered customers may also review available order information by logging into their Woolrich account.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become active and display updates on the carrier’s website.

If no tracking information appears after this period, please contact Woolrich Customer Care.

Sales tax is calculated during checkout where required by applicable state and local laws.

The amount of tax charged may vary depending on the shipping address and the items included in the order.
